​To use FlowSync you need a computer with Microsoft Windows or Apple Mac operating system. Download the newest version from https://flow.polar.com/start.

FlowSync 4 is compatible with the following operating systems:

Unfortunately, Polar V650 is not and will not be macOS Big Sur (version 11) -compliant – now or in the future. V650 is compatible with FlowSync 4 and macOS 10.13 - 10.15.

Customers with Windows 7 can continue to use FlowSync 3, but we no longer provide product support.

From the Apple menu  in the corner of your screen, choose About This Mac. You should see the macOS name, such as macOS Big Sur, followed by its version number. If you need to know the build number as well, click the version number to see it.
