TIP: Many StreetSmart Edge® menu items are available by right-clicking in the software. To right-click using a single-button Mac mouse, press and hold the CTRL button when you click. There may be additional methods found in the preferences of the device you use (Trackpad, Mighty Mouse, laptop touch pad, etc.).

Microsoft Edge for Mac The Edge browser is available for Mac devices and can be downloaded from the Microsoft website. Mac OS X Version 10.6 and below. Use Software Update available on the Apple menu to check that you have the most up-to-date version of Java 6 for your Mac. Java 7 and later versions are not supported by these older versions of Mac OS X. If you have problems with Java 6, contact Apple Technical Support.
- As its based on Chromium, Edge does things a little differently to what some Mac users may be used to. The button to close a tab is on the right of each tab, for example, whereas in most other Mac.
- The connectivity profile for a Mac includes Win/Mac Edge Client settings: The list of servers to display on the BIG-IP Edge Client. DNS settings for location-awareness for mobile clients, such as laptops that roam.
1. Log in to www.Schwab.com and go to the Trade tab. Click Launch StreetSmart Edge.
2. In the next screen, click the Install button.
3. Download CitrixReceiver.dmg. In Safari, the download will begin automatically. In Firefox, choose Save File and click OK.
A note for users running Mac OS X 10.5 or below:
The installer you will be downloading will be called CitrixReceiver11_2.dmg instead of CitrixReceiver.dmg. This is due to changes in Mac OS X from 10.6 onward. You will be installing an older version of the Citrix receiver which supports your version of Mac OS X. Your system specifications will be automatically detected and the correct version of the Citrix receiver will be downloaded.
4. Double-click on the downloaded file CitrixReceiver.dmg to begin the installation.
5. Click the Citrix Receiver window to bring it to the front, and then click Install Citrix Receiver.pkg.
6. Click Continue in the pop-up to allow the software to install.
7. Click Continue again to begin the installation.
8. Click Continue to view and agree to the Citrix License Agreement.
9. Click Agree to continue with installation.
10. Click Install to finally begin the installation.
11. Enter the Name and Password of the Macintosh administrator and click OK.
12. When the installation completes, click Close.
13. Close the Citrix Receiver window.
14. Close the Downloads window.
15. In the Citrix XenApp Log On screen, click the Log On button to continue. The Logon Type will always be Anonymous. No log on credentials are needed.
16. Click the StreetSmart Edge icon to launch.

Microsoft is rolling out an update to its Edge web browser on macOS, bringing a new Kids Mode. This feature locks children into the browser with access to only approved sites.
To access Kids Mode: On the Edge browser, select your profile photo on the upper-right corner, then choose “Browse in Kids Mode.” A new tab will appear and the user will be able to opt between 5-8 and 9-12 years old.

As reported by the Verge, “both age ranges include the highest level of tracking prevention in Edge and strict Bing SafeSearch to filter out adult text, images, and videos from searches. Microsoft has provided 70 popular kids’ sites on an automatic allow list, but parents will have to individually add any additional sites on top of that.”
“It’s a free, protected online environment for kids 12 and under that gives parents peace of mind when their kids browse the web on a shared device,” explains Divya Kumar, product director of Microsoft Edge, in an interview with the Verge.
While Kids Mode restricts Windows keyboard shortcuts from working to prevent kids from exiting out, the same doesn’t apply to macOS.

The biggest difference between age ranges is that the higher 9 to 12 includes a news feed on the new tab page in Kids Mode, with curated articles from MSN for Kids, focusing on science, fun facts, and animals.
Kids Mode also offers customizable themes with a Disney and Pixar partnership with Finding Nemo and The Little Mermaid as wallpapers.
